  • A great idea and, in my experience, a unique one. You get an in-house card, then use it to try any number of excellent wines. Each is available from a dispenser as a tasting sample, a half-glass or fu...  more »
  • Through a sophisticated system, you can test a total of approximately 80 wines in 3 different levels. One tests many prefers and chooses the smallest quantity, the other has quickly found his favorite wine, stays with us and filled his glass with a "normal" amount. The advantage is that the bottles are always equal again hermetically closed and therefore only slowly aging. We thought it was funny, tested a few wines, and then went back to eating. I've still nowhere encountered a such a system in Europe.

  • Awesome place to drop in for a pre-dinner drink and a cheese platter after a day on the slopes or just about anytime!! Staff (especially Oliver) were awesome, showing us around and sharing information on the different wines on show. We went back twice in our short stay!
