Queenstown Ice Arena, Queenstown
(4.3/5 based on 100+ reviews on the web)
Learn to skate with or without a puck at Queenstown Ice Arena, an indoor skating rink hosting a range of activities. Take a beginner course in ice hockey, or skate at your own leisurely pace. The arena provides family-friendly fun and a relaxing viewing area, serving food and drink for spectators and those just off the ice. For something completely different, test out your curling skills, or try the sport of broomball--a more accessible take on ice hockey (with no skating required!). • What a cool atmosphere, but bring good clothing. It's as cold as it gets, but huge fun. Not that I am any good at ice skating, however it was great just skating around without any major drama.
  • I was initially expecting a very small place when you see the entrance to the Ice Skating Arena however it is pretty big inside with a full size ice rink. The facility is well maintained and neat. It ...  more »
