  • Amazing place with lots of native trees, including an impressive burial tree, that is possible over 2000 years old! A must see & respect place!
  • Nice summer walk, many native tree's to admire.
  • Peaceful little forest.
  • This is a beautiful small bush reserve with a large historic Puriri tree under which local Maori had buried the bones of their ancestors until it was damaged by a storm to reveal the bones.
