  • I phoned on October 29th to book a table for my husbands birthday lunch, as I was really looking forward to trying out the new Cafe'. A man answered the second time, as there was no answer the first time I rang, I assumed they were busy. I asked him if I could book a table for lunch, he said yes, so I asked to book for 3 people, he then turned around and said "we only take large bookings", which came across extremely rudely!! I then asked if they were busy, answer was "no". Obviously I did not bother coming, as I thought if that was the kind of service I was going to get for my husbands birthday, I was not at all interested.....very disappointing as I was so looking forward to trying the new cafe out, as I know that the food there is just great.
  • Very nicely done. The place had just reopened following renovations. Looks great. A good collection of art. A nice looking cafe although was very crowded.
