  • Not just any hot springs, but perhaps one of the best you'll ever visit! Featuring a few pools of different temperatures and formations to suit most peoples needs - even for the kids. The family friendly clean facilities along with nice staff compliment the terrific experience you'll surely have here. Affordable and good value for money along with a gorgeous unforgettable backdrop that will leave you in awe.
  • We bought a bookme voucher for the pools for $12,5pp, which was a great deal! The time was unlimited, but after about 2 hours you don't have anything to do. Everything was clean and nice, but I was disappointed I couldn't lock my bag anywhere - you have to pay for renting a locker, which seems a little ridiculous, should be a normal service. Otherwise there is also sauna, spa and ice rink so if you're not traveling on a budget you'll enjoy it a lot I think.
  • Awesome pools with an amazing view. Make sure you take Jandals or flip flops to walk between the pools in the cooler months. They regularly get snow and ice around the pools in winter, your feet will thank you for it...
  • Got can't beat the outlook over Lake Tekapo. Pools range in temperature with an audits only pill so is slightly quieter than the other pools. They also have ice skating, and a great bar and cafe. Almost $100 for our family. It's a shame they chlorinate the water, so I guess not natural springs as they tell you about? Perhaps this was only added for the time we visited?
  • Amazing in all the ways other reviewers have described, BUT: It's a little weird, and very disappointing, that the hottest pool is 38 degrees (C). I heard multiple other people commenting on this when I was there, so I know it's not just me. It doesn't feel cold, of course, but it only feels slightly hot(ish) for about 30 seconds after getting in, after which it just feels kind of lukewarm. Especially having multiple pools with different temperature levels, there's really no excuse for the "hottest" one being only sort of "quite warm." (Just for comparison, the Hanmer Spring pools go up to 40/41. Doesn't seem like a big difference, but it's very noticeable!)
