  • Phenomenal place! I'd give it five stars if dogs were allowed to do the walk. The pa site is one of the few areas dogs should genuinely not be allowed, but the gravel walk is such a missed oopportunity for our canine friends.
  • This place is rich in history. Everyone should visit.
  • It had such a solemn atmosphere. The trenches are still amazing to see. The lookout mound is particularly well placed. I felt a sense of humility to be allowed there.
  • Excellent signage, important part of NZ's history. A few hours well spent.
  • Awesome place to see a bit of New Zealands 🇳🇿history.
