The center also organizes various other tours of the Otago Peninsula, including visits to a little penguin colony and the historical Fort Taiaroa, home of the world's only functional Armstrong disappearing gun.     On a tourworks tour we went all around the coastline to arrive here it was beautiful and lots of information was shown in the information center. Plus we seen penguins and seals and birdlife on way to...  more »

    We paid $100 and I guess we naively expected to see Albatrosses. We did in fact see 3 chicks heads through binoculars and that is all. There is a great albatross specimen stuffed in the cinema area if...  more »
