Dunedin Beach, Dunedin

(4.4/5 based on 100+ reviews on the web)
If you visit Dunedin Beach in the summer, expect to enjoy the views and watch surfers ride the waves. Big, crashing crests are common on this beach, so children and weak swimmers are advised to stay out of the water. Instead, look for a swimming pool at the end of the sandy shoreline. In the winter, however, the water gets too cold for swimming and chilly winds keep sunbathers away. By using our Dunedin vacation route planner, you can arrange your visit to Dunedin Beach and other attractions in Dunedin.

  • 到但尼丁的兩天,剛好遇到好天氣! 海邊超級漂亮,這裡的海岸有很多可愛的動物,很像是候鳥,因為車子忘了先補充汽油,怕沒油!所以,我們沒有去看企鵝!
  • Really worth the detour from Dunedin to the beach, it is approx. 10 minutes there. At low tide, the beach is wide and you can take beautiful walks. At high tide glangt sea zT up to the quay wall which is also great to look at. It has also several great restaurants on the promenade.

  • It is not one of the best beaches in the city. Hopefully you don't have much wind. Is good to see the sunrise.
