Nice building and location. Limited parking. Museum is pretty boring in my view, with exhibits all over the place. I personally would not bother.

Great little museum for the family to visit. Awesome section of kids to play in while adults look around and the host are so lovely
-
Definitely worth checking out.
-
Great community museum, well set out, lovingly maintained. Deserves more visitors.
-
Well worth a visit if you want to know about the history of Devonport and the harbour etc. For a charitable run museum they have a lot to offer. Only problem I found was the building was quite cool inside. If you get the time please visit and support this vital time capsule.

Being into Ancestry I visited and found pieces of history that directly related to ancestors who lived locally. As I build up more information I wonder if another visit will uncover more surprises. Definitely worth a wander through. Carl Prime married "Toots" Alison, Alison family started the Devonport Steam Ferry Company.
