  • After ages being closed, the Bridge of Remembrance is open again, looking better than ever - especially as they have now got rid of those horrid brown tiles at the Cambridge Terrace side.

  • A visit to this memorial is a must to fully appreciate the supreme sacrifice made by hundreds of New Zealanders in world conflicts.
  • Located in the heart of the City. May have an on-going constructions site around area due to earthquake just have to look a right spot for a best view. Neverthless, Still a best place to visit.
  • be careful when you visit as this bridge is off limits to the public and under repairs like most fo the city, however still a great sight to see and remembering the history behind it
