  • We got here just before they were due to close but they were happy to give us a tasting. There were some delicious wines, particularly interesting was a Tempranillo grown on South Island in conditions...  more »
  • This beautiful Weingut meet all requirements at a very high level. Tasting the wine, it is served by very friendly and competent staff. The wine such as Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Sémillion Blanc and Chardonnay are very "clean" and "honest wines, in which the special terroir of the region really is expressed. The winemaker also seem to understand her challenging work very well and accordingly enhance the good grapes. A great compliment to everyone involved. Only downside. Only a basement sale, since annual production is "only" 20'000 bottles. Small but very nice.

  • After arriving at Picton, we decided to drive a little further to visit this restaurant. It was a good decision. After we orders our food, the restaurant allow us to have wine tasting and hold the food order, just to make sure we had the right pairing. The outdoor seating was the best. Food was delicious and not too expensive. Glad we visited this restaurant.
  • We had lunch and tasting there, just perfect! Very nice wines with knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. The lunch was just great with such attentive and lovely staff and I'm not sure if I've ever had better lunch for around $28/person. Highly recommended!
  • Open for wine tastings at the listed hours, restaurant open 11.30 to 3. A brilliant lunch menu that regularly changes. If you are visiting Marlborough or have friends visiting this is the place to go for lunch.
  • Stumbled across the cafe when in search of cherry farms. Lovely lunch and interesting menu. Really nice staff and atmosphere. Highly recommended.
  • Food never fail to impress, staff members always go above and beyond in making it a friendly and welcoming experience.
