  • It's not like a fish Market so clean that is, has a number of restaurants inside the market and also by this is worth visiting on a lunch break. Everything is very fresh and has a lot of seafood that are in tanks alive. The location is great, the promenade of the beach.

  • We have visited fish markets all over the world, and the one in Auckland is really pretty small compared to some we have seen. There were three actual spots selling fish, and then a large seafood rest...  more »

  • If you have been to Sydney's fish market, you don't need to go to this one. It's a big NO NO! Don't go! It's really pricy here. And the staff would mislead you to purchase things that are more expensive! A dozen of fresh oysters from the market is 24.99, but the price is double if you order from the counter! The staff wont tell you that they double the price. The reason is the double priced oysters are from the kitchen!! The oysters from the kitchen look a bit better but they made me go to the toilet 3 times after I had half a dozen!! Ridiculous!! I so regret going there! So disappointed!
