QBE Stadium Reviews
The Stadium faces the sun in the afternoons, so everyone is sat there with their hands on their foreheads... Although there are two sides of the stadium, the far side where you don't have to face into... more »
Went to All Blacks v South Africa. Amazing 57-0 win for All Blacks made the visit worthwhile. However getting in was slow and awkward with limited entries. Seating is a joke. Why should one have to be... more »
Totally shambolic. Used the bus service provided to get to and from stadium. Long waits. Bus driver got lost. Poor queue control. In the stadium massive queues for food and toilets. Will not be going ... more »
The stadium is specially designed for football (soccer) games. Has beautiful ground and all the amenities for the big events too. It is also a training ground for New Zealand's All White team. Has plenty of parking space and it is located next to Albany's swimming pool. Has McD close to it too. In all a great place for football lovers.
A very well laid out stadium with a large range of facilities. One of the better stadiums I have been too.
I love football otherwise I'd never touch the place. QBE stadium, the home New Zealand football specialises in over priced food and drink with outrageous waiting times. In addition security (redbadge) are officious and unwelcoming (do they have to treat everyone as a potential trouble maker before we get in?) Making people empty out their water bottles is totally out of order - this may be a requirement of stadium management but either way it's still a rank approach.
Had grest seats to watch the football. Not many people here and the Qs for food and drink seemed very long in the main area. The food for sale in the lounges did not have a great variety.
We were there for the colour run event. A great place to hold it
