Bat Cave, Pokhara
Categories: Caves, Wildlife Areas, Nature & Parks
Visit Bat Cave to see thousands of bats clinging to the ceiling. As you pass through the slippery dark cave, you'll see plenty of live fruit bats, which your guide will tell you about. If scared or claustrophobic, you don’t have to go through the whole cave, but can stick to the more open spaces. If, however, you like a bit of an adrenaline rush, follow the guide and crawl through the tiny opening leading to the surface. Bat Cave is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our international travel planner, Pokhara Edition.

Mahendra Caveは、整備されていて誰でも気軽に見られますが、Bat Caveは出口がかなり狭く急な崖を上るのでちょっと不安になるくらいでした。ただ、登り切った後の充実感は良かったです。It was Mahendra Cave is maintained and has anyone seen feel free to, but fairly narrow exits Bat Cave, climb the steep cliffs to make you nervous. Was just hung up after fulfillment.show original

At 5 in the evening, heavy rain is falling into the cave ago and are looking for some water came to the cave, in a hurry, I'm getting out of the cave. “The best you can see is the crowd of bats” The best you can see is the crowd of bats on the top of the cave. There access to it is not facilitated in any manner, you can feel yourself like a wild explorer going through holes in rocks. Everything is in less than 100m. You better come out of it the same way you get in, the entrance, as the opposite side is much narrower. The price is Rs 50 for adults, hope I remember well.
Nice little adventure... Definitely take a guide, and prepare for some climbing to get out
Still remember my visit in 2013. Nice place to take a tour.
It's a small cave, you walk 2h here and walk through the cave just no more 30 minutes, and I saw no bats there!Warn:u should climb the rocks to get out of the cave,I suggest those who are fat and weak don't go...or u can not go out
