Patan Durbar Square पाटन दरबार क्षेत्र, Patan (Lalitpur)

Categories: Landmarks, Tourist Spots
Inspirock Rating:
4.5/5 based on 500+ reviews on the web
Take a walk through Patan Durbar Square पाटन दरबार क्षेत्र, a social and spiritual center of town. Badly damaged during the devastating earthquake in 2015--which completely destroyed five temples--the sites here have been sensitively restored and stand in testament to the Nepalese spirit and community. Stroll between the numerous landmarks, admiring the Buddhist and Hindu temples and their idiosyncratic, yet somehow charmingly united and complementary architecture and artworks.
