  • To walk from Thamel district, about 20 minutes after the Indra choke will slowly be revealed. Taleju goddess: Durga Temple and the thing. It seems that the scaffolding up at the top which suffered damage in the earthquake and has to heal and repair. Prayer will fix it soon. Namaste

  • Taleju Bhawani is one of the sacred goddess of Mallas. The royal temple of goddess Taleju is in Bhaktapur and is the oldest among the other three. The temple is one-storeyed. Only Hindus are allowed to go inside the temple and photograph is strictly prohibited.
