We passed by this square several times during our short stay in Yangon. It seemed well kept and planned. Lots of families could be seen with hawkers selling local food.
If you have time to spare this is a great park to go for a walk in. There is an amazing view of the Shwedagon Pagoda. We went on a weekend and it was super busy but a great location.
The park is too old and too humid to walk in ..we had to walk the park when we were looking for a restaurant..but the experience was bad
