4.2/5 based on 95+ reviews on the web
See rows of golden Buddha statues at Shwe Oo Min Paya, a natural limestone cave so well-proportioned that it look as though it was carefully engineered. Walk along the tunnels to see various Buddha images and statues in the cave, which has special religious significance. Some locals meditate inside the cave, and you can join them if you feel in the mood. Take the stairs to the top of the area, where you can enjoy views of more shrines in the region. • I would definitely recommend a visit here.Well organised, amazing place and when I was there during g the week not at all crowded
  • The temple itself is interesting and unusual, as it is located on the mountain in a cave. To him leads a beautiful walkway with steps. Inside though a bit crowded, but there's a lot to see. Especially on a wide variety of beautiful sculptures and statues.

  • Not really what I was expecting it to be. Not exactly but a temple made in the form of caves. Just lots of Buddha statues everywhere and the architecture is just embarrassing.
