  • After visiting the tourist hotspots, a detour in the Ayeyarwady Delta and Meinmahla Kyun wildlife sanctuary was a welcome change. The area is located two hours by boat from Shahul secluded, consequently few tourists get lost in the area. Who wants nature and tranquility is right here! The many native bird species and of the clear starry skies away from light pollution make this objective especially rewarding! And with a little luck and patience, you can get also crocodiles to see - for a several-day stay is advisable, because it has adapted itself then more opportunities on the tides to make. Our guide SOE MoE Aung has organized the four days and three nights very well, everything went without problems without delays or bureaucracy. The FREDA eco lodge's employees have excellent entertained us and houses. The accommodation was simple but very comfortable, in the evening there was electricity. The rest was a real treat to the noisy and hectic Yangon! Tip: In the evening again make a brief excursion with the boat and watch the sunset from the river. Unique!
