  • Only hour and a half of Bagan is Mount Popa, which is an extinct volcano and on top, 777 stairs climbing the temple is located. Mount Popa is known, not only to be a visually scenic spot, but because living in the 37 "nats" of Burma. For this reason, it is one of the most important pilgrimage centers of this country. The "nats" are spirits with power to protect or harm to humans. Beware the tens of monkeys that is by the way not removed you drink, food or something that called attention.
