  • Far from nyaungoo village, tourists and fewer staff. By Princess apeliadana which built a beautiful appearance. On the outer wall of the Temple in Mahayana Buddhist murals or written, Shiva's Brahmin, written on the wall. Inside is dark because light is required.

  • The Queen Abeyadan, the wife of Kyanzittha, Bengali, and then in this temple we can see the influence of Sri Lankan style. Interesting frescoes in its interior with Buddha images but also of the main hindu gods

  • Unusual Hindu deity being here but the Queen Apedayana was of Bengalis and then it is brought below its deity, there is a stupa in Sri Lankan style on the roof and inside there is a Buddha flanked by his disciples, Sariputra and Mogallana. Need a flashlight for the ambulatory with interesting frescoes

  • One of bagan acient pagoda
  • Built by King kyansitthar which remembrance for the beloved of his wife. This place of temple was food bundle supplied point for him by beloved his wife When he has fled and hided from the danger of king saw lu min.( By the reference of stone letter)
  • An early Bagan temple with Sinhalese influence, implied the home land of King Kyanzittha's wife when he's fleeing his brother, King Sawlu. The panoramic view depicted Nagayone or Husband Temple (King Kyansittha) and Apeyadana of Wife Temple, just across the road.
  • Seemed to have the least-disturbed and oldest/most-authentic wall paintings of any temple we saw in Bagan. And almost no one was there. It's one of those places you're really afraid will be accidentally destroyed because no one appears to looking after it properly, and, like so many things in Bagan, that's a shame because it's a treasure-piece for all humanity.
