  • Overwhelmed by all the wonderful details of this Palace! In half an hour and walked us through vergaapd to all the wonderful materials & use of colour.

  • A beautiful building, with pretensions of grandeur, erected in 900 by respected 1° 1° Minister of King Hassan. Although some guidebooks describe him as a kind of freak show of styles, is a beautiful testimony of Islamic art in which the beauty of the environment is the regularity of the garden courtyards with fountains (the reason for the water, in Islamic art is always present) and the processing of the Interior, especially the wooden parts (portals, carved ceilings, cornices). Sumptuous the big yard said concubine (50 m long), Bahia (the shining), seems to have been the favorite. In the past also used as a location to film and to host King Hassan and his friends

  • To the look at it is already interesting above all because of the mosaics, only the Palace is very empty and and you do not feel like to look to furniture. Who ever was in the Alhambra in Granada is not to compare.

  • What an amazing palace! It may be true that I visited this palace because my grandmother have the same name, but man I am happy I did. This place is astonishing, so big with so many rooms all covered by time bites of tiles. We had no guide so we used our imagination to what the rooms where and how old they were and what they were used for. But honestly if you like history I think this place have plenty of. There were also a beautiful garden in the back. Don’t use or even go near the toilet in this place, man it was disgusting. But man so many tiles covered rooms.
  • The area is spacious and they keep on the work to recover the valuable history of this beautiful place. Just look out for a quiet place, sit down and enjoy the ancient palace. There are even storks and kestrel you can observe there. Very valuable and the entrance fee is fair.
  • Lovely place to see the moroccan architecture. Quite and good to run away from a hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. Also, cheap entry. There are toilets inside.
  • Really really picturesque Palace not amazingly old I think it was early 19th century! But an excellent example of good craftsmenship and detailing unfortunately we had to kind of rush through it as we went a bit late but every square inch is photogenic and an amazing backdrop to portraits. It costs a meagre 10Dirhams and also the stalls surrounding the Palace are a lot better than those in the actual market square. WELL WORTH A VISIT
  • Absolutely beautiful palace and only 10 Dirhams. Named after Mohammed V First wife named Bahia the palace is stunning. The architecture and the detail in which it was created hundreds of years ago is just mind blowing definitely a place to visit if you in Marrakech and want to soke up some of the history
