A royal complex of buildings and gardens, Bahia Palace dates back to the 1860s. • Only interesting from an architectural point of view. No development, no furniture: hard to imagine the life ' there was in this place

  • In the chaos of the Medina lies this beautiful Pearl, a Moorish-style villa to explore and discover for its beautiful interior with vaulted wooden inlaid with special reasons and grounds with coloured tiles and several patio and gardens. Unfortunately it is very crowded and agrees to go early. Price 70 dirhams per adult. I preferred the majorelle gardens.

  • The Bahia palace complex was built in the 19th century, covering 8 hectares, of which one is a garden. The walled complex offers an oasis of quiet from traffic noise and the bustle of the adjacent med...  more »

  • One of the better attractions in Marrakech. We loved how peaceful it was. The architecture is stunning and we ended up spending a few hours there. Definitely a must-do in Marrakech. The palace is stroller-friendly, you might have to go down a couple of steps but we did it with our twin stroller without any problem.
  • I came here after the Badii palace to see where they took all the decorations! This palace is extremely intricate and makes for some great pictures. Expect to be here 1-2 hours. Come near opening or closing to avoid crowds if you're looking to get good pictures a bit easier. It is still possible to get good pictures while crowded because there is so much space to spread out.
  • What an amazing palace! It may be true that I visited this palace because my grandmother have the same name, but man I am happy I did. This place is astonishing, so big with so many rooms all covered by time bites of tiles. We had no guide so we used our imagination to what the rooms where and how old they were and what they were used for. But honestly if you like history I think this place have plenty of. There were also a beautiful garden in the back. Don’t use or even go near the toilet in this place, man it was disgusting. But man so many tiles covered rooms.
  • Its a nice palace with nice gardens, just 10 dirham entry well worth it. Some nice wood, paint and stucco work. Good to wander about for an hour or 2
  • MUST VISIT in Marrakech. The place is huge - larger than your expectation. Takes couple of hours to finish the whole visit. Would recommend to get a tour guide - great way to learn the history and culture of Morocco
