  • Not much to see. Small and interesting. Worth a five minute visit but take some sort of guide book or you won't know what you are looking at.  more »
  • Whilst I was unable to enter the building due to covid-19. The information from the tour guide was pretty detailed. A 2nd trip for me and hopefully next time it'll be open to tourism.  more »
  • Tucked in the narrow streets of Kotor, we really loved the design and the banner hanging from it. Facing the other quaint church, its a beautiful little square.  more »

  • Amazing historic orthodox church. The art and icons are truly wonderful. Has a beautiful atmosphere in the centre of the must see stunning city of Kotor in Montenegro .A must do as it's quite near Croatia !
  • Kotor Old Town with it's churches and narrow streets is simply breathtaking. In my humble opinion - much better than Dubrovnik 😉
  • St. Nikola is one of the more interesting churches in Kotor due to the Orthodox decor. Pictures aren't strictly allowed. The incense and gold adorned decor and icons create a very interesting atmosphere. It doesn't feel that inviting, but you can surely appreciate the history and tradition here.
  • From the stone built, the Orthodox temple of the Serbian Orthodox Church. The Church of St Nicholas is the most important Orthodox church in Kotor. It is located in the northern part of the old town. It was built at the beginning of the twentieth century, on the foundations of an older garment that was damaged in the 19th century fire. There is also a church treasury with a rich fund of icons, art crafts, documents and church uniforms. The Church also has many other valuables that were mostly used by wealthy Kotor families.
  • Nice Orthodox church.
