  • This church is in the middle of the city and is worth stopping and having a look. I always find churches beautiful and filled with history and always interesting.
  • The Church is located directly next to the Citadel. It is worth a visit. The tower is of more recent origin... Inside the old floor mosaics have been found dating back to the beginnings of Christianity in the area. The Church has an icon that represents the Virgin Mary with the baby Jesus. According to a legend this should be made by the evangelist Luke.

  • Another beautiful old church with a most unusual fresco behind the alter and well worth a visit. Even the outside is pleasant and the square in front is a great place to meet.

  • A beautiful place!
  • This is one of the oldest churches in the coastal area, it is considered that was built in the 7th century. The Cathedral was damaged by the earthquake of 1667, after which it was rebuilt several times, while its high tower, which overlooks the town, was built in the year 1867, next to the Church. The church includes some objects of cultural and historical value, and among its many old icons, the most visible is one of the icons of the Virgin Mary with Christ. It is called Madonna of Budva or Great Panagiiej. In the year 1807 was transferred from the Church of St. Mary the Virgin and is now considered the patron saint of the city and its inhabitants, defending them from the plague and pirate raids.

  • Very beautiful Catholic Church with an impressive Bell-Tower in the Gothic style. There are many icons of the Renaissance. Just as the Renaissance, Greek. There's even an icon works (supposedly) the St. Luke-a portrait of the Virgin Mary with Jesus or the Virgin and Budva is considered miraculous. The complex consists of the Church, the Bell Tower and the Bishop's Court. Inside richly decorated in light blue tones.
