Climb to see the citadel and the whole city at one glance. The embankment is at the end of a spacious promenade featuring lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes that stretches from the Old Town to the suburbs. You can pause to watch women selling fresh fish and shrimp caught by local fisherfolk. From any point of the waterfront, you can see the mountains surrounding Budva. About half an hour will last your walk along the seafront promenade. You can further go, but solely in order to walk. All one and the same. Many shops and restaurants. On every corner you will persistently offer tours, car rental and scooter. A lot of people, but it is everywhere and not so much straining.

Many restaurants on the waterfront, from playing music. Near plenty of shops where you can buy souvenirs, clothes. Pebble Beach, plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas (May sun loungers free, as will continue to be-I don't know). Pure, and the sea and the beach (again until May, is not very much). Stone embankment itself, with sidecar with a sleeping baby-not an option at all, so you'll have to go slowly (and anywhere music plays). Many restaurants have a playground, while adults are eating, babes play with each other, rolling around on a swing etc.

The promenade stretches from the old city to the suburbs. From the old town to the end of the promenade can be reached for 20-30 minutes. If you continue your path, you can reach the becici Beach and Rafailovici, next to Sveti Stefan. After which, the coastline is rests on the rocks. All the way there and back takes about 3.5 hours. This is a great opportunity to walk to build up an appetite or vice versa, "accommodate" a hearty dinner. In the evening there is always noisy and quite fun. Numerous cafes, restaurants and the crowd slowly strolling tourists. Recommend one evening for dinner at the restaurant "Three ribara" in Rafailovichah, here is a very delicious sea food. Still at the quay you can buy fresh catch of shrimp or fish. And be sure to enjoy "palachinki"-local pancakes with various fillings.

Where to stay in Budva

One of the prime tourist destinations on the Montenegrin coast, the city of Budva offers visitors numerous accommodations of all types. While those looking for luxury can opt for high-end hotels, lavishly decorated apartments, or seaside villas, travelers on a budget have a good choice of more affordable places to stay. These include a solid selection of hostels, boutique hotels, and self-catering lodgings. For the best scenery in the city, head to Budva’s historical old town: while accommodations here tend to be more expensive than in other areas, it’s the perfect spot for those who want quick access to the major sights, as well as cafes, restaurants, and bars. That said, it might not be the best neighborhood for those looking for more tranquil surroundings, especially at the peak of the summer season.
