  • In any of the Mongolia, it is the only monastery in the Tibetan architecture! At the heart of the Karakhorum, surrounded by 108 white stuppas, this small monastery discovered according to the prayers, statutes of Buddha and other deities and the mongols came to collect himself. Next door, a few minutes by car is a small Museum built recently, surprising and really nice to visit. Not to be missed.

  • Interesting place for Mongolian Buddhism history.
  • A must visit. The monastery was mostly destroyed during the Communist purge but the main building, converted now into a museum contains beautiful Buddhist paintings and statues. It's worth getting a guide.
