The park contains an abundance of statues and monuments, including an 1885 monument to Pushkin, the oldest surviving monument in the city. Stroll down the Alley of Classics, an avenue of sculptures dedicated to Romanian literary heroes and political leaders of Moldova. • This is a well maintained park in the center of Chisinau and worth a visit if you are in town. Its very close to the Museum of Moldavian History.
  • Many statues, fountain, benches, big trees, and a lot of people walking, right in the Middle, behind the Parliament and close to museums.
