  • La Quemada/The Burnt is a site for hiking and seeing the architectural ruins of the natives that used to live. It was destroyed by a fire(most likely lightning) and was built A.D 600 to A.D 750.If you...  more »
  • Very interesting location and history. It can be very hot, take some water. For the most part you are allowed to just roam the ruins as you wish.  more »

  • This is a great site to visit close to the city of Zacatecas. The information boards are in English and Spanish which is super helpful, and the ruins on site are very interesting. I would recommend arriving early in the morning to beat the heat of the day.
  • This place is huge and mysterious! Well worth a few hours and the trip there. I have never seen anything like it
