  • xlapak entrance is free. One hour to see three groupings. Not completely escaveted. Has really nice walking paths. Better than the others.  more »
  • If you're in the area (Uxmal), it's worth the detour. useful information price $0, clean toilets, cold drinks $15 (coke,...). Time: 0 h 45 maximum. 9 minutes of Sayil on a road paved to 50 KM/H less good quality (better than the streets of Montreal) we visited outside of 3 buildings, which the friezes of 1 are worth it. The trails are very easy to access, on the flat and well maintained. A few signs give explanations in English and Spanish, Maya. These are small buildings. There was only me and my wife during the visit, apart from the front desk person and a worker. My wife and I visited Xlapak, Sayil, Labna and the Loltun Grutas in one day. Don't go to Cancun to visit, but Merida and Uxmal, it's a go. $= Pesos

  • This much smaller than other site travels in 20 Minutes. Interesting because you can see that the puuc style was maintained on the sites of the area and not only at the largest. The small Palace keeps the rain God chaac masks. I don't recommend only to fans of Maya architecture. Otherwise you get bored
