Yelapa Waterfalls, Yelapa
(3.9/5 based on 340+ reviews on the web)
Hike to Yelapa Waterfalls, two sets of cascades near the small beachfront village. A short, easy walk from the quaint town of Yelapa leads to the lower falls, where you can cool off in the clear, chilly water. Reach the upper waterfalls via an hour-long hike from the village center, along the Tuito River. The dirt trail takes you through fields and lush wooded areas; at the top, you'll see the picturesque upper waterfalls tumbling over the rocky boulders. Reward yourself here with a relaxing picnic.
