Para visitar la cascada de Tamul pueden llegar al pueblo y desde ahí salen los tours, sin embargo recomiendo llegar hasta el embarcadero La Morena que queda pocos kilometros adelante, se accede en car... more »

To visit the waterfall of Tamil they can reach the village and from there out the tours, however I recommend reach La Morena Jetty which is few kilometres ahead, he is accessed by car and has ample parking which is free of charge and is practically not to walk to take the canoe.

A place where you go in a canoe with around 18 people, you have to paddle and walk in some spots, the way people from other canoes you wet and wet them. The waterfalls are the most spectacular in the area, simply beautiful! back you can go to water and get carried away by the River, reach the cave of the water, which is like a cenote water very cold, but beautiful place, the tour lasts 3 to 4 hours.

Very accessible to reach the waterfall, Tamil, since the truck reaches almost to the pier, and practical place even for people with different abilities to that place, since it is access that do not have to walk far to get on the boat. Very pleasant experience and very friendly people.

Recomiendo mucho ir en temporada baja, en el embarcadero rentas una lancha con tu guía y te toca remar hasta llegar a la cascada, el color turquesa del agua es irreal, y el trayecto hasta el final del recorrido te regala unas vistas hermosas, de regreso puedes ir nadando en los rápidos y llegas al balneario dónde está una cueva con un ojo de agua color azul indigo, muy buena experiencia, los guías son muy amables y el precio es accesible

Highly recommend to go in season low, at the Jetty rent a boat with your guide and touches your paddle to get to the waterfall, the turquoise water is unreal, and the journey until the end of the journey gives you beautiful views, back you can go swimming in the rapids and arrive at the Spa where a cave with a water eye is blue indigo , very good experience, the guides are very friendly and the price is affordable

La mejor experiencia de mi visita a la Huasteca Potosina, la calidez de la gente que atiende es inigualable, se genera una camaradería entre turistas y locales q he visto en pocos lados, sin duda alguna de los puntos imperdibles de la Huasteca. Hay que llevar únicamente lo necesario y traje de baño puesto, aunque no quieras terminaras jugando guerritas de agua con las otras lanchas y no nadar en el cenote es imperdonable.

The best experience of my visit to the Huasteca Potosina, the warmth of the people attending is unmatched, develops a camaraderie among tourists and locals that have seen few sides, without doubt mandatory points of the Huasteca. Need to bring only enough and since bathing suit, even if you do not want you'll end up playing ñwe of water with the other boats and not swimming in the cenote is unforgivable.

Increíble lugar de salida para un increíble río y cascada. Algo que deben hacer en definitiva si visitan la huasteca. Recomendaciones: El costo de rentar una lancha privada es 700 pesos, es más barato hacerlo desde Tanchachin (a la entrada, verás un montón de personas con playeras de la cooperativa) que en "La Morena". Si no vas con grupo, el costo en temporada alta es de 150 pesos por persona, pero toma en cuenta que tratarán de venderte una lancha privada primero (no lo aceptes y pide que te sumen a un grupo o busca más personas que quieran compartir gastos en una lancha). De Tanchanchin te llevan (en su camioneta o en tu coche) rumbo a "La Morena" y antes de llegar se estacionan sobre la carretera, donde hay una entrada del lado derecho que pasa por propiedades privadas y llega hasta el embarcadero (aproximadamente 1km) Se recomienda protector solar y/o sombrero, zapatos para el agua (son como sandalias pero cerradas), ropa para mojarse (porque te vas a mojar quieras o no) y energía porque todos los botes son de remos (parte del encanto). También puedes llevar algo de dinero ya que hay tiendas y antojos junto a la cueva del agua. Se recomienda evitar: niños en brazos, aparatos eléctricos que no puedan mojarse y llevar cualquier cosa más allá de lo necesario, ya que no hay donde resguardarlo cuando llegas a la cueva del agua.

Amazing place of departure for an incredible River and waterfall. Something that must be made ultimately by visiting the huasteca. Recommendations: The cost of renting a private boat is 700 pesos, it is cheaper to do it from Tanchachin (at the entrance, you will see a lot of people with t-shirts of the cooperative) in "La Morena". If you're not going with a group, is 150 dollars per person in high season, but taking into account that they will try to sell you a boat private first (you do not accept it and asks you to join a group or looking for more people who want to share expenses in a boat). Tanchanchin they carry you (in your truck or your car) towards "La Morena" and before are parked on the road, where there is an entrance on the right side which passes through private property and goes up to the jetty (approximately 1km) recommends sunscreen or hat, shoes for water (are sandals but closed), clothing for wet (because you're going to get wet like it or not) and energy because all boats are rowing (part the charm). You can also take some money since there are shops and cravings along with the cave of the water. Avoid: children in arms, electrical appliances that may not get wet and bring anything beyond what is necessary, since there is no where safeguard it when you get to the cave of the water.
