  • A small but beautiful historical remain from the time when Veracruz was a walled city - it is now hard to imagine that this medieval defense structure was back then by the waterfront.  more »
  • well-preserved Assistant, this building at some time was part of the wall of the city, at any time at the edge of the beach, there were cannons and a Tinderbox, was an important part of the defense of the city along with the Fort of San Juan de Ulúa. inside has the collection of jewels pre-Hispanic found on the Veracruz coast, you must not miss it

  • A place that must be known. Surprisingly, found in the Centre of the city, surrounded by buildings quite vulgar. You can get an idea of how was Veracruz in the time of pirates.

  • Historical place, very small museum and if you go on Sunday and Mexican take your identification admission is free... It is a place to imagine something of the history of the country
