An easy hike will get you close to Cascadas Velo de Novia, a chain of waterfalls formed by the San Vicente River. White flowing cascades rush over the gently sloping rock faces, forming pools of clear blue water at the bottom. See the largest waterfall--Bridal Veil standing at 120 m (394 ft)--nestled among the thick forest plant life. Along the way you can stop at some local vendors selling souvenirs and food. • As waterfalls go, this is a pretty one, with a couple of handicraft stands by it. Parking is sometimes difficult, and once you have taken a quick pic. you'll probably want to move on!  more »
  • Nice place, it's a must see in Valle. Like some other attractions there is a lack of parking. A lot of stairs, but is a must see.  more »

  • Amazing place, this is one of the top spots for tourists in Valle de Bravo, they don't charge for the entry. But if you bring a car they will charge you $20 pesos. Please don't leave any trash. And keep walking all the way until you reach the lagoon (30min back)
  • A good beginner's trail in Avandaro with a beautiful waterfall. Even though camping accommodations exist they haven't been taken care of. It usually gets crowded, particularly during vacations. It is possible to rent horses for a one hour tour.
  • Get crowed but still worth it
  • OK. Overhyped but worth a quick visit if you are nearby.
  • Nice place for hiking or spend time near the waterfall.
