  • The cave is amazing and impressive and delicious its cenote water, also it is true that feels on the skin relief, I went after a day at the beach and my skin hurt, after being the burning of the skin for a long time in the cenote is I take and my skin was noticeably improved, I love that, you should be aware that to just cenote can enter with vest life and income costs $35 USD, at the entrance there is a small Mayan House where a lady was preparing hand made tortillas, tried it and is more delicious of what you imagined.

  • I enjoyed our visit to the cenote at the time of the lunch, the Sun entered by doing water reflections cenote. The location and very dark and humid when we entered there was almost nobody in the cenote, because the rest of the Group was preparing for diving. As I don't like cold water we enter only to meet. On arrival met some of the Maya culture and beliefs. The site has a store of souvenirs that were very expensive. They said those were unique, so more expensive. Also we had a lunch prepared by the Mayans. Simple but tasty food.

Where to stay in Valladolid

Valladolid offers an impressive range of budget-friendly accommodations, with very reasonable prices for comfortable hotels that would be much more expensive in other Mexican destinations. Parque Francisco Canton, at the very heart of the city's central grid, contains small, affordable hotels within walking distance of the best Valladolid attractions. You can also look on the western fringes of town, where you'll find several places to stay near the meeting point of routes 180 and 79.
