This is one of the best pre-Hispanic ruins I have visited in Mexico. in very good condition of restoration. Best of all is the freedom that you have of touring and explore the huge complex of buildings. The bad thing is that written information lacking to better understand the story without the help of one of the expensive guides that offer you the services. As advice, I suggest that they do not fall into the trap of "having" to eat at one of the restaurants that are there itself, since the prices are out of proportion. The best option is to return 3-5 minutes by road to Muna (leaving the parking lot and left) and you will find a place called PPAPP HOLCHAC. It is a pub with typical Yucatecan very clean and friendly, but above all very cheap and well served.

Wonderful site that continues to be restored every year thanks in part to the entry fees. Come instead of opening or before 10: little world and less hot! Take a guide, and try to share the costs. Complementary to Chichen Itza. However the sound and light isn't at the height: comments exclusively in Spanish, no translation or helmet, only color changes on the buildings, no play of shadows or pyrotechnics. The interest lies in the photos of the pyramid from the soothsayer at the sunset. You see...

Maya sites visited during our trip this was without a doubt the most beautiful!!! Much much nicer to chichen itza, surrounded by nature, very few people and you can climb the tallest pyramid which offers a truly breathtaking view ... it was a unique experience.
