  • We were staying at the Bahia principe coba and booked this outing via our rep. We knew you could get it cheaper if we’d booked a few months in advance but we were not sure of the place itself, being....  more »
  • Had a great time. Beautiful place, so natural. The only thing that was negative was we missed the lighthouse/slide, that was our own fault, they close at 5:00 and we didn't get there until 5:15. We....  more »
  • I personally cannot support dolphins being enclosed In Xel ha park. I love what they are doing to preserve the eco system and establish the conditions of the park. However It’s not fair to raise.....  more »

  • Great place to have fun with the family. Able to get in a couple "extra" excursions, including swimming with the dolphins and bike zip line. Really worth swimming with dolphins but absolutely you do not need to do any extra to enjoy the day. So much to do you absolutely can not fulfill in one day. The food is in the package and was great addition, particularly knowing you could eat as much as you wanted when ever you wanted. Food is banquet and a large selection. So many different fun activities. Have an eight year old and he couldn't get enough. Recommend highly to anyone going to or near Cancun Mexico
  • So much fun and I was impressed that all the restaurants on the property food was included in your ticket. I have not been to one theme park that includes the food unless you pay extra. And the food was good. I do wish they included on their website swim levels for their activities. So me and husband decided to go tubing down the river. I can not swim and my husband is a lite swimmer. But we had life jackets on and we were floating in a tube so I had no concern. It started out fine, we had a good current pushing us forward. Gradually it got harder and harder to move forward. By the end we got stuck in so rocks because the current was pushing us to the left, my husband jumped out and lost his glasses, and another guest had to pull us to safety. My husband did not trust him swimming abilities to pull us out to safety without the tubes. They do not have any lifeguards or personnel at the end of the river. Believe me we ended up asking several people to help but no personal around.
  • One of the nicer places during our Coba/Tulum tour. Got to pick out of 5 eating choices but the fun part was snorkeling for the first time. Suggest taking it very slow just try breathing first out of water then gradually submerging your head into water and practice. Got to see tropical fish and will be something me and daughter will remember.
  • One of the best places in quintana roo about 2 hours from Cancun 100 % recommended
  • The dolphin exhibit is a fan favorite to many people. You have a chance to interact with them up close and personal. This is a very nice park to come and enjoy a day full of fun with swimming, snorkeling or just relaxing. You need to move around this park because it's large and has many different locations and activities to do. With your purchase of ticket entrance, you also get to eat and drink. Alcohol drinks are included and you also have a few choices to choose from to sit and eat.
