  • From that you enter to the place it is a trip to the past, not only mine, but all that was around it, from the Administration and stripe, to the smelter and the warehouse store visits. Do not charge an entry, it is voluntary cooperation (not better be elbow), the guides do an excellent job and the place has it well maintained. Wears comfortable shoes, because you go up and come down stairs and don't miss it, you will know a little more about the history of this place and you'll get a great taste of mouth... as extra, a highly recommended stone oven pizza sold in the cafeteria and have a small nursery where you can buy plants, they also sell handicrafts nothing faces.

  • The good: this great place guides are a great help during your tour of this old mining House, the reconstruction of its buildings is a great job for the Manager of the place, really is as transport you to a time where the human work of our Mexican was exploited, it is a forced stop those who wear Tlalpujahua, to form part of our Mexican history , the access to this museum is very easy and without any complication. If you arrive early you can benefit from walking inside the facility and continue transferring you to imaginable times. the room of machines where the first parts for the first aircraft to Latin American level were actually manufactured a pride to see it, without a doubt a place full of mystery, pride and effort of all those Mexicans who gave his life and his time to be one of the places in its golden age of this mine, more enriching. The bad: Is that security conditions is permitted to enter the mine 150 meters which travel is very short for those who we have the adventurous spirit of investigating more, it would be great to have some sort of microphone for wireless headphones and the guide so that visitors do not lose any informative details of the Guide. The weather here is very short for both to see and perceive within each building. In general: it is a great site to explore the history of Mexico, surprised the excellent conservation of the buildings and my respect to the administration of the place to keep this so well preserved site, us back to every visitor to the time where you lived, ate and died many Mexican workers. Few places have surprised me so much and this site without hesitation I loved in particular. Dare to explore sites such as this, it is worth them I guarantee. All the staff is extraordinary. This place is a gift for all Mexicans.

  • It is located between El Oro and Tlapuljahua. It should take a small dirt road in very good condition for about 3 km. You will find a Museum, a lighted tunnel of approximately 200 meters and easy walk. The tour is fully guided and they are doing you the explanation of the origin of the place and the process of extraction of gold and silver. The cost is a voluntary cooperation for the maintenance of the place and the Guide. Will take you about 2 hours going around it. Inside there is a small coffee shop, a store of memories and health services.
