In reality when I met her it was tra´ves on a tour and I didn't have many expectations, but that good surprise I took, so much that for me it is to stop a must when I visit Tequisquiapan. I always carry two or three cheeses to taste, because that Yes, they are cheese mostly strong fragrance and flavour, perfect for my taste. Their specialities to my way of seeing, are the chihuahua, within which I recommend: the smoked bacon (delicious indeed!), having cranberry and Walnut (very rich also) and another that is stronger, to only eat a couple of pieces by time or with sliced bread or tops: with garlic and spices. It's interesting when in tours they explain the production of cheeses and in general are friendly to explain to you, however, must be eye in its staff, since the last time I went really behaved unfriendly and not wanting to serve the customer. Remember that the service is essential to your business.show original

But coming out of there us gave to try ones cheeses of 5 types, them accompany of beer craft with flavor honey (cost extra) and spent a very well while, the explanation is quite good. Surely I will return with someone new. I applaud the initiative of this concept. I've gone to the vineyards and this I liked more. I think that $50 is a price right.show original
