Ek Balam Mayan Ruins, Temozon

(4.8/5 based on 750+ reviews on the web)
Transport yourself back in time as you admire the ancient and sophisticated Ek Balam Mayan Ruins, built well over 2000 years ago. A lesser-known and smaller ruin than others in the area, but no less impressive, the complex rarely gets busy, leaving you to explore on your own terms, and even climb the ruins themselves. Consider taking a guide with you to get the most out of the complex, and get a better impression of what life here was like all those years ago. Don’t forget your camera, bug spray, sunscreen, and plenty of water to keep you hydrated while you wander around the ruins. • Это конечно не Чичен Ица, но посмотреть можно. Есть очень интересные барельефы, таких в Чичен Ице не увидишь. Есть пирамида, на неё можно подняться.
  • We were on a Viator tour with Mayan Riviera Tours to Chichen Itza and Hibuku Cenote with a last stop at Ek Balam. I booked this tour because you can't climb the ruins anymore in Chichen Itza, but you ...  more »
