  • We reserve class in this place by recommendation of a local friend and everything is fine, up to take you to a market to buy the "ingredients", but really this tour is for foreigners that they do not have the faintest idea of Mexican cooking, teach them about the types of chilies, atole, etc etc, which for us Mexicans was rather boring I would have liked more kind of kitchen waste 1 hour on the market. We made soup of three tomatoes, chicken MIxiotes and Rosca de Reyes. The dynamic is fun and even offer take a few tequilas over the cooked. As a suggestion: the chef should be more the volume of his voice when he leads the class and take control of the class, which was interested in us did not let us hear and each loco was with its theme. They should also correct prescriptions leaves since the chef does one thing and another says the recipe with other processes.
