  • Is a workshop of ART, do not wait see alebrijes of 10 pesos, prepare you for a workshop excellent in all the senses. People working there look and feel very happy and proud of their work, the explanation is excellent and works of art that there are truly world-class.

  • The visit to the workshop, beginning with the explanation of the treatment of the copal, make the experience of visiting this workshop, which is worthwhile. In addition to know the development of the entire process that culminates in the wonderful pieces that we see in stores, we realize the intense work of sculpture and painting that represents. Really worth the trip, only 40 45 minutes from Oaxaca the cvaptial. The people, as always, wonderful.

  • This place is wonderful. We attended James its owner and director of this workshop that not you asks nothing to Sergio Bustamante or to Britto. It is simply a center of art around the world. It is incredible to see the wonders that create their craft artists who are part of this place which is a bit of heaven on Earth. If you have time is worthwhile you reports of the workshops as this ancient art is still practiced and their directors are magical people. Thank you James for opening the doors of your home. We were delighted.

  • This is an absolute must see art paintings on wood place. The attention to detail of the painters are second to none.
  • The workshop of Jacobo and Maria Angeles is an absolute must visit if you are a fan (or collector) of alebrijes (handcrafted colorful wood carvings, generally of animals). Here you are able to watch, listen, and learn from artist as they carve new alebrijes. The quality of work produced by here is excellent (and, for the larger pieces, can be quite expensive).
  • Impresionante, vale la pena
  • Excellent Alebrije's craftsmanship
  • Excellent attention. A lovely place, I would like to buy an alebrije but the price is according to the works of art. The journey of an alebrije is can't miss it. You can make pictures in place. Highly recommended.
