  • This Museum occupies a part of what was the same las Carmelitas Descalzas convent which was built to the half of the 18TH century, this was partially demolished by the reform laws, inside you can see since the fall of the great Tenochtitlan to the consummation of the independence of Mexico, also has collections of religious items , pictures of celebrities of the time.

  • Visit the Museum of Viceroyalty apart from viewing his paintings, statues and objects from the colonial period, you can also get a beautiful view from the windows of the square with its beautiful gardens.

  • Instead a really beautiful, representative of the architecture of the colonial period in San Luis Potosi, is the Museum of the Viceroyalty. Worth visiting it, it has objects and furniture of the Viceroyalty and a large collection of European engravings by Dürer and contemporary. However I think that major objects and pieces lacks really Mexican Viceregal.

  • They do not have many original parts and have really are not very relevant. That Yes, they have a beautiful painting of Santa Lucia (anonymous author) and a vast collection of keys and other objects in forged steel, really precious. It is interesting to touch the topic of the spiritual conquest, because that not mentioned it in the schools. They also have a nice garden. The journey is short and the price $15.00.
