  • Until we visited here, all the churches we had seen were very traditional, conservative Catholic establishments with obvious Spanish influences on the architecture and on the religious observances. So...  more »
  • A temple where the people of the village meets do their rituals, thanks to the saints for his blessings I recommend going with a tourist guide or on tour so that they understand the concept of this church little conventional to not take pictures or videos is a matter of respect for their beliefs a people who are given respect and respects , not be why Orthodox mean that they are bad are a village who defend their culture and beliefs with desire!

  • Outside they are in traditional dress racing on horses. Women are lined up also in native garb. Fireworks everywhere. Fascinating church inside and out. Truly a cultural twist on my Catholocism.
