  • San Blas tradition is my favorite place. 45 minutes from the city of Tepic. Ideal for a fresh and delicious cuisine based on seafood. San Blas village that you should not stop to visit. I recommend the tovara. The crocodile eat a rich langoata.

  • During a tour in a small group, we go to the Parque Natural the Tovara, where we embarked for a boat ride in the mangrove. What fun! We saw crocodiles dark gray, almost black: A different species than others that we've seen elsewhere. Also, there are white ibis, other as of gray, green, blue herons wading birds. We see turtles too, including two who were sunning on rocks, others who were swimming. At the end of the mangrove, is a lagoon of fresh water with a small coffee bar. The water comes from the mountain. We descend a few minutes. There are turtles, fish, because the water is very clear. On the platform there is an iguana whose tail was cut off. The tail push, it's amazing! Poor little beast! We're starting by boat in the opposite direction, there are still birds, turtles, the huts on stilts where a film has already been shot, several years ago. Our boat ride lasted about two hours. Well worth the small price paid.
