  • Awesome experience. Staff was great-friendly and helpful. Dolphin swim was fun and exciting. Well worth the money for this unique experience. Major downfall is the price of the pictures. You...  more »
  • We did the Couples Dream package with Layla and it was excellent. I don't know how you can have a better dolphin encounter than what we experienced. The hotel pickup transportation (Manuel) was...  more »
  • Spent way too much money on this excursion. Over 100 dollars per person for about 30 minutes of interaction (really actually think it was more like 20 minutes). Dolphins were adorable but this is way....  more »
  • Overall good experience. The trainer was very friendly and the dolphins were fun. They do not let you take your own pictures. They have an employee taken the pictures of your swim. Then after you get out of the water you go to see them on a computer. Experience was ruined by the aggressive selling of these pictures. The prices were completely outrageous. They will not take no for an answer. I got asked over and over by four different people on the way out about buying pictures. I wanted one picture. That's it. It was $52!!! They wanted $400 for all the pictures. What am I going to do with all these pics and videos of me with dolphins? Not worth the ridiculous prices. One cell phone pic would have worked for me.
  • Although it was fun to see the dolphins swim, do tricks and so forth, I don't believe in them being in captivity. Studies have shown that dolphins, killer whales, etc live longer in the wild. I can see that someone may argue that it's for educational purposes; but, I think otherwise. How would you like to be in a cage for educational purposes?
  • Great experience. Offer a couple different options. Good for kids and adults that know how to swim. Get a lot of interactions with a dolphin. Was a nice time. Just plan on spending another 100 or 200 dollars for the photos and video. No cameras or cell phones allowed while you are there so if you want any photos you need to buy them.
  • Great experience until the $54.00 US picture pitch. No camera policy with the least expensive picture costing over $50 is border line extortion. The dolphin portion was a wonderful family experience which we will remember for as long as we can. We sure as well won't be looking at a $54.00 US picture in 10 years. Cheaper to just come back which we may.
  • Swimming with the dolphins was great!! But we paid for the top package: "The couple's dream". Then you get bamboozled into buying the photos. You have no other option for photos, you can't take your own. So we have our experience, get out of the water, they show us the photos and then tell us it will be another $300 plus dollars!!!
