  • This Catholic Temple located in the city centre and is the few buildings of its era that still bears the legacy of the pre-Hispanic inhabitants of the city. Its decoration is highly Baroque and although this little illuminated its windows crystals are brought the region of Tecali Onyx. Is not allowed to take photos and the place keeps an exceptional syncretism.

  • Us stumbled with this temple by chance, was while walked looking for shops of sweets and souvenirs. Unfortunately, since it was a Sunday around noon, not we could enter the Temple because they were in mass. However, pure view of the home beautiful baroque of the Temple of St. Christopher is well worthwhile.

  • Is concluded in 1687, dedicating is to the immaculate conception of Mary and to Dan Christopher, as Temple of the school of children foundlings u orphanage that is retains almost intact. The temple is a good example of the Baroque at the end of the 17TH century, full of ornamentation on both façades worked in stone carved with white marble in Villerías applications; the relief in Alabaster from the central part of the main façade shows allegories of the Immaculate Virgin, alluding to the "apocalyptic Vision". The inside retains its plasterwork Baroque that contrast with the neoclassical of the altars. Keeps inside sculptures of the Cora, the "old" and the "younger", entered them highlights San Cristobal attributed to this last. The towers original were collapsed in 1856, in an of them is see sculptures in them angles and an Eagle two-headed between; later were rebuilt in the middle of the century XX. -Plaque with certificate of tourist information no. 44, municipality of Puebla.
