  • The staff: staff are multi-lingual, they are friendly and caring. They look after their animals very well and really care about the park's conservation mission and vision. I did not have any concerns ...  more »

  • Great. Affordable, you have the option to ride in one of the guide buses, which in my opinion is better, in order to learn more about the animals and the history behind this place. Takes about 1.5 hours, plus free time in the walking area. The do have a bird show included in your ticket. You can take a photo with the parrots for 100 pesos...
  • Impressive place! They didn't have English-speaking guides when we were there, but my high schoolers were still amazed. Must take your kids here.
  • Fun and lots of animals. The ride is the bus was the best part. Lots to do.
  • The last resort where you can feed the birds is the best
  • Probably the best zoo in Mexico. It takes about 2 hrs to get through all the areas, even more if you go to the shows and other recreational areas. There is a big amount of species and the zoo is well kept. You can ride in your car or take the zoo's bus. The lions used to be in an open are but now are kept in a pit.
