  • This is our second year in a row visiting this resort. We live to come to Mexico on vacation for the all-inclusive experience but never found a resort we liked so much that we wanted to return. The staff, amenities, accommodations are all amazing for an all-inclusive. The best feature is probably the food. The Mexican fare is most authentic. The beach is probably the weakest feature but still really nice. We were here in August of 2016 for a week with our kids. We we're here again in 2017 for 8 nights with another couple. We will probably come back again next year.
  • This is our second time. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is just ok at the buffet. I feel like it was better last time we were here. Live entertainment is great. Swim up bars are my favorite part. Will definitely come back again.
  • Wow... Where do I start. Group of 12 people total and we have no complaints. An unforgettable experience. Everything was great from the waiters/bartenders/room staff/cleanliness etc... The absolute best thing about this resort was the entertainment team. So much energy, and they really know how to get a party started!!!! If you are there, make sure to look out for LUIS, LILIANA, KARLA, SEXY PAPI, AND XAVIER. I am not saying bad about anybody else, but these five I just mentioned were the reason why this trip will never leave my mind. So high energy, so friendly, so amazing. They are beautiful people at this resort and it's a MUST that they be there the next time I visit. Thank you so much Iberostar!!!!!!!
  • Have stayed at this resort twice now. Seems like a great value. Was pleased with the room, amenities, service, and food. Highlights of the main buffet are fresh fruit, grilled veggies, carved meats, paella, sushi, and desserts. Made-to-order offerings didn't tempt me beyond an omelette. If you miss breakfast in main dining room, the snack bar has plenty to offer but the quality is mediocre; and despite being located close to the beach, no hand sanitizer is offered before eating at this site. This is a large complex so your room location matters. This year, we were closer to the lobby, main restaurants and entertainment and I appreciated that. In theory, you can thumb a golf cart for rides to beach or back, but it's not easy. Most drivers avoid eye contact unless you stand in designated spot. Entertainment had it's highlights. Overall I would recommend.
  • Our room was in building 38. Our room had no dresser or anything with drawers, just a closet. The desk doors were broken, as was the hair dryer. Huge property. Beach was alright. Food was pretty good, only get 1 dinner reservation [non buffet] per 3 nights. Rooms were kept clean, staff was extremely helpful and nice
