  • I played 3 games on this beautiful land. Impeccable maintenance. I played at 13:30 the 3 parties and every time I played alone. Very quiet at this time because it is hot. Part finished in 2: 00. The attendant to walks on the ground and distributes water, beer and sandwich for free.

  • 5 stars for service and beauty. 2 stars for the food. "All inclusive" but they only give you 3 made to order restaurant dinners. The rest is buffet and the buffet is just average. Beautiful grounds and beach. The staff was excellent.
  • The beach had huge clusters of rocks, so its very dangerous for anyone to be in., so get up by 6 am and toss a towl or five on the chairs next to the pool, or you wont get a spot next to the pool. Seems as if everyone was doing that. The food was HORRIBLE. We were advised that due to a lawsuit the food had to have no seasonings etc The drinks were horrible. Zero water pressure. If you plan on not being in the water, losing weight, and sleeping all day in your hotel room this is the place to be. The staff however was very friendly, helpful, and spoke English very well. There is a shuttle that takes you from your hotel to the main eating/lobby areas which is about a 10 min walk from the beach. 3 story hotels with no elevator, so the place isn't good for people with bad knees. We will not return.
  • When we booked we booked for a honeymoon room. When we arrived we were put in a room with two beds and they pushed them together. The buffets were extremely small and did not have a large variety of items to choose from so if you come here I hope you like mediocre tacos a lot. When we would ask staff about other options they agreed the food was terrible. The speciality restaurants had good staff but the food again did not have a variety. Other parties in our group were also offered amenities (such as a free 40 minute massage) and it was not offered to us as well. Overall the experience was not a great one. The beaches were also full of seaweed and rocks and there were only two pool bars that were located in the same area of the very large pool. The resort was large and you had to walk a far distance between getting the pool, food, beach and your room.
  • Nice resort that is well maintained. Majority of the staff are very friendly. The activities group was always cheerful and encouraging people to join in games if they wanted to. Room was good size and clean, bathroom was also clean and a decent size. My only complaint is people using towels to reserve chairs and huts at the pool and beach. If you're not up by 7am to get some... good luck getting 2 chairs beside each other. But I guess thats also dependant on how busy the resort is. They have signs saying no reserving but everyone does it because the resort does nothing about it (understandably, it would be difficult to police), which leaves you no choice but to do it also. The food was also good, but not great - got tiring after a week of it. Overall happy with our stay and value for money.
  • I have never met such an amazing group of people in my entire life! From the second we arrived, everyone was so friendly and assisted us in whatever we needed. The entertainment team blew our socks off and the Rock show was a night we'll never forget! Everywhere you look is breath taking! The second we left, we were ready to come back. This is hands down one of my favorite places to be and we will definitely be coming back!
