  • We gave it to our daughter while staying in playa del carmen. She remained enthusiastic but is really a robbery, like all tourist activities in the riviera maya ... $120 for 40 minutes in the tub with dolphins + 15 apiece for accompanying persons (if you want to log on and watch the experience, albeit from a distance, if not you are outside in the parking lot). Not to mention the photo: 80 dollars for some digital photography on CD that sincerely we refused to pay, be content of photos made from afar. It is absurd that in a country with a low cost of living you should strip the tourists at this so brazen and shameful. We should really deserting all these facilities after their exorbitant prices for services offered.

  • We did the 90 min package with our 5 and 8 year old. It was way too long of a day. We should have done the 45 min package. For the 90 min, they divide it into 3 30 min segments so you spend a lot of y...  more »
  • Really amazing! Wonderful everything you do there with dolphins that are well trained and care

  • I loved my experience here. I was able to swim with the dolphins. The price is a little steep. They will not let you have any kind of sunblock or lotions on so you will probably get sunburn. Also lockers are $7 dollars which is a little steep. You can not wear any kind of jewelry into the pool. Dolphins are fun and cute. Pictures are SUPER expensive. 2 people for pictures alone is $160 USD. Those are the reasons why I gave it a 3 star.
  • I went there with my two teenagers in the first week of May 2016 and had a mostly good and educational experience. The dolphins were amazing and very well trained. The trainers were very good as well. I heartily enjoyed the "Foot Push" and "Belly Swim" - these are really unique experiences. There was a photographer and videographer capturing much of the experience. Unfortunately, I left greatly disappointed and a bad taste in my mouth. I was counting purchasing the picture package because they don't allow you to bring your own camera. BUT they wanted over $200 for the picture package. (about 3 times what the picture package is worth.) I CANNOT recommend this place until they stop with this scam.
  • We had a great time with this dolphin experience. It was awesome to spend some time with these incredible animals. The people were great to work with and ensured the experience was memorable. Don't buy the pictures after the excursion at full price. They will lower it to something more reasonable then the $500 they start you out at. Honestly, it would be a lot better if the pictures were more affordable since they don't let you take your personal camera in with the dolphins. Great experience all around though.
  • My daughter (6 years old) and I did the half day dolphin experience. It was amazing. We got to do so many different activities with the dolphins. The people were so nice. It was a day we will never forget. So, glad we choose Dolphinaris. My recommendation would be to purchase it and the pictures before your trip. It's a great value.
  • That place is beautiful ..people very nice
