  • With a roadside bated Colectivo from the Quinta Erika from the stop in Barra Vieja, a few metres walk to the beach, along the beach to the first huts that cross approximately 70 metres wide headland, continue on the lagoon shore, are several small restaurants on, and watch fishermen to arrive finally at the last (Daribel) hut. A great trip. Dabi is recommended (of course) the speciality "Pescado a la talla", over an open fire grilled fish - Mojarra or preferably Huachinango (Red Snapper). Resting in the hammock or the last deck chair on the beach, the sound of the sea waves listen or cool off in the clear waters of the lagoon. Enjoy the delicious food, etc. We promised to come back the next day. The next day Dabi wasn't there at first. We solved the high-hanging hammocks and made us comfortable. Dabi came but after some time. She apologized. Her cousin Lupita recommended us because she had to take care of yourself in the Kreisstad. With their boat, she brought with her a few meters. We ordered pescado a at Lupita again la talla. After a boy had brought the fresh fish, we looked to Lupita in the preparation. The rinsing water, through many sand filtered lagoon water, was by hand from the own well drawn (see photos). It went back with the Colectivo. Taxis are also available. You drive usually more rapid, more expensive and you get to know Mexicans. An unforgettable experience!

  • A lake with vegetation and wildlife. The water is very dark you can swim but I do not recommend it gives me the impression that it may be unsanitary.
